Quarterback Ken O’Brien of the New York Jets will undergo exploratory arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder today.
He has been suffering from a sore shoulder for the last month and was sidelined for the start of last Sunday’s game against the Rams, although he relieved starter Tony Eason in the second half.
Eason will start Saturday against the Buffalo Bills.
