Ventura Entertainment, Harmony Deal Struck
Ventura Entertainment Group Ltd. in North Hollywood agreed to acquire Harmony Pictures Inc. for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock.
Ventura develops and produces movies and television shows. Harmony makes TV commercials.
The co-founders of Harmony, Stuart Gross and Robert Lieberman, will continue to operate Harmony and join Ventura’s board after the deal is completed, which is expected in February, Ventura said.
