MarCor Granted Gaming License: MarCor Resorts Inc. said the Nevada Gaming Commission granted all licenses and approvals to MarCor Resorts and its 34.9%-owned MarCor Resorts LPV unit to own and operate the Rio Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The Rio, an all-suite hotel-casino, will open in January and will contain 424 suites, a 44,000-square-foot casino, five restaurants and five bars. MarCor said directors approved a change in the fiscal year to a calendar year, effective Dec. 31, from its present fiscal year-end of Feb. 28.
