‘Annie’ Gets Delayed: The sun will come out for the Washington, D.C., Kennedy Center production of “Annie 2: Miss Hannigan’s Revenge,” but not today as planned, and not tomorrow. Opening night/press night was scheduled for tonight, but because of technical glitches the show’s director, Martin Charnin, has postponed it until next Thursday. According to Kennedy Center spokeswoman Tiki Davies, “A whole lot of money was spent on this show, it’s a big-deal show on its way to New York . . . We want to smooth out the glitches before the critics pass judgment.”
