Soap Gets New Intro: “All My Children,” ABC’s popular daytime drama, will celebrate its 20th year on the air by revamping the show’s introduction for the first time in the soap’s history. The “updated” introduction, scheduled to debut today, features modern theme music accompanying photos of the core Martin family and individual pictures of the cast being entered into a photo album. As the final portrait is added, the title “All My Children” floats on screen, and the album closes.
