A plea of innocent was entered Thursday for the Detroit bar owner accused of drunken driving in the accident that killed former baseball manager Billy Martin. Justice P. Murray Benjamin of Town of Fenton (N.Y.) also granted a prosecutor an adjournment to present findings to a grand jury in the investigation of William Reedy, 53, who is charged with driving while intoxicated.
Reedy remains hospitalized with a broken hip.
