BYE, BYE, JOSE: Singer Jose Feliciano is planning to move from his longtime home in Villa Park to a 260-year-old house in New Haven, Conn., perhaps as early as March. . . . A spokesman for the Grammy award-winner said Feliciano and his wife Susan “have a 1-year-old daughter (Melissa) they want to raise in a different environment than out here. They want a kind of change of life: a little less busy, a little less hectic.” Feliciano has lived in Villa Park since 1978.
