SELF PROTECTION : PREPARING YOURSELF FOR SURPRISE : ADULT/JUVENILE BURGLARY ARRESTS
A decade ago, nearly half the burglary arrests in Orange County were of juveniles. That number dropped off, reaching a low of 27% in 1987. In the last full year for which information is available, though, 31% of such arrests were juveniles. Here’s the 10-year trend:
