Three Small California Thrifts Seized: The Resolution Trust Corp. was appointed receiver for Investment Savings & Loan Assn. of Chatsworth, Wilshire Savings & Loan of Los Angeles and Financial Savings & Loan of Fresno. All deposits and certain assets and liabilities were shifted to new federal mutual associations. Deposits remain federally insured.
