Suburban Baltimore residents were shaken by tremors from a rare, light earthquake, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The quake, with a magnitude of 2.5, caused no damages or injuries, geological survey spokeswoman Pat Jorgenson said. The epicenter of the quake, the area’s first temblor in 51 years, was about 15 miles northwest of downtown Baltimore.
