Public’s Opinion of Legislature
The Times Poll, concerning public opinion of politicians and state and federal legislators, points up one of the fundamental errors in the public’s understanding of our great system of government. So many people have the mistaken point of view that many of our representatives can be bought, and that just isn’t true. Recent events show us, however, that for $3,000 or so, you can rent one!
