San Leandro Man Named Beaver President-Elect

Richard E. Hall, chairman of Underground Construction Co., San Leandro, has been chosen president-elect of the Beavers, an organization of professionals engaged in heavy engineering construction.
A member of the Beavers since 1977, Hall was first elected to its board of directors in 1982.
