Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a mentally disabled teen-ager who reportedly disappeared from the front yard of her home Saturday evening.

Ali Asra Fadima, 16, who has the mental ability of an 8-year-old, vanished from her house in the 13800 block of Lombardy Road between 5 and 6 p.m., police said.

Ali is 5 feet tall, weighs 130 pounds and has dark brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. According to police, she was last seen wearing blue jeans, white tennis shoes and an aqua-blue long-sleeved sweat shirt with a large “W” on the front outlined in yellow and red. The sweat shirt also has an “8” on the forearm of each sleeve trimmed in yellow and red.

Police believe that the girl might be with a young man identified only as Louis, whom she met Friday at a Laundromat near Euclid Street and Westminster Avenue. He was described as a heavyset Latino, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with long dark hair that formed a slight tail in back.

Louis, who is 17 or 18 years old, was accompanied by a 7- or 8-year-old boy who might be his brother.

Anyone with any information related to the whereabouts of Ali or Louis is asked to call the Garden Grove Police Department at (714) 741-5704.
