A commuter plane with 11 people aboard made a spark-throwing belly landing at the Raleigh-Durham Airport after its wheels got stuck. No one was hurt. The twin-engine American Eagle turboprop left the Raleigh-Durham airport for Fayetteville but returned when its landing gear would not lower. It circled to burn off fuel and then ground to a halt on the runway, officials said.
