LOCAL : Lancaster Man Gunned Down

A 30-year-old Lancaster man was shot to death in front of a restaurant Thursday night and investigators were looking for two suspects, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported this morning.

The victim, whose identity was not released, was killed at 9:20 p.m. Thursday near the front door of Seven Brothers restaurant in the 42100 block of Sierra Highway, Deputy Roger Hom said. The motive for the slaying was unknown.

Deputies were looking for two men believed to be in their early 20s who fled from the shooting in a 1967 or 1968 Plymouth Barracuda. They said the car was yellow with a black vinyl top.
