P&G; Agrees to Buy Del Monte Division: Procter & Gamble Co. has agreed to acquire Del Monte’s Hawaiian Punch business for $150 million, the companies announced. P&G; expects to complete the purchase by March, after required notification to the Federal Trade Commission, said P&G; spokeswoman Wendy Jacques.
