Joe J. Stucker has been named senior vice president/land development for Signal Landmark, an Irvine developer. He will oversee the entitlement, planning and development of community projects in California and Hawaii. Before joining Signal, Stucker was the general manager of Costain Homes’ Mountain Cove project in Riverside County. Before that, he was president of the Kohala Joint Venture in Hawaii, partner and president of Dallas-based Tiburon Development, president of CCA Realty Corp. in Dallas, vice president of Daon Corp. in Newport Beach and project manager of the residential division of the Irvine Co.
