General Dynamics Corp.: The St. Louis aerospace company said 1989 net income totaled $293.1 million, down slightly from the $294 million reported in 1988. Revenue rose 5% to a record $10 billion. The company attributed the earnings decline in part on increased interest expenses and higher development costs for the Air Force’s Advanced Tactical Fighter.
