Pennzoil Co.: The oil company said 1989 income was $146 million, compared to net income of $1.48 billion in 1988. Revenue in 1989 was $2.33 billion, up 13%. Net income for the Houston-based firm in 1988 included a $1.7-billion one-time gain from the settlement of litigation with Texaco Inc.
