Ventura Entertainment Group Ltd., a North Hollywood producer of television programs, said it earned $304,956 on revenue of $3.15 million in the fourth quarter ended last Oct. 31. Ventura did not provide year-ago comparisons because the company was founded in May, 1988, and essentially did no business that year.
For the full year 1989, Ventura lost $455,316 on sales of $3.15 million. The company’s revenue was concentrated in the fourth quarter and was almost entirely derived from the licensing of a television movie, “It Nearly Wasn’t Christmas,” and 65 episodes of a half-hour program, “Crosstown.”
