Quarrel in El Cajon Leads to Stabbing

A 21-year-old unemployed El Cajon man was stabbed in the shoulder and left arm in a quarrel Monday night, police said.
Gene Dale Carroll, who lives in the 300 block of Claydelle Avenue, was taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital, where he was in stable condition.
El Cajon Police Sgt. John Bludworth said David Gary Milliard Jr. of El Cajon, a self-employed window-tinter, was arrested as a suspect in the stabbing.
The quarrel took place in an apartment-complex parking lot on Claydelle Avenue near Main Street.
