Fans Put Tyson, King Down for the Count
The decision of the WBA and the WBC to even debate the idea of taking away Buster Douglas’ hard-earned heavyweight championship illuminates the sorry state of professional boxing today. Instead of handing the title back to their meal ticket, Cryin’ Mike Tyson, maybe they should have considered installing Hulk Hogan as the champ. He would be just as legitimate a choice and maybe even a bigger box-office draw.
