Lewis Opens 3 Projects

Upland-based Lewis Homes of California is opening three new tracts this weekend.

Its Hemet development, known as Mountain View, is located in the master-planned community of Terra Linda. Prices for the three-bedroom homes range from $112,000 to $139,000, with 1,317 to 1,667 square feet of space.

Thirty of the 70 homes that will eventually be erected go on sale this weekend. Move-ins are expected to begin in April.

Three models and the sales office are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 2358 Wisteria Court, about one mile southeast of the intersection of Sanderson Avenue and California 74.

Prices for the first 37 homes in the 408-unit Country Ridge West development in Rialto range from $176,000 to $248,000. The homes have two to four bedrooms each, two or three baths and three-car garages.

Square footage ranges from 1,708 to 2,588. Move-ins are expected to begin in April.

Four models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 3725 Live Oak Ave. and can be reached from the eastbound Sierra Avenue exit of Interstate 15.

Lewis Homes’ third opening is in the gated community of Whittier Glen in Whittier.

The Mediterranean-style two-story homes range from 1,920 to 2,149 square feet with three and four bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages.

Three floor plans are available with prices ranging from $230,000 to $280,000 and a $107 monthly homeowners fee. Common areas include pool and spa.

The project office, at 13323 Addington St., is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Mondays.

In Canyon Country

Inspirations at the Outlook, a 208-home development atop a hill in Canyon Country, opens this weekend.

The 24 detached homes in the first phase have three, four and five bedrooms, and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms. They range in size from 1,943 square feet to 2,573 square feet, with prices ranging from $276,950 to $339,950.

Standard features include concrete-tile roofs, front-yard landscaping, vaulted ceilings and dining rooms.

The project is a joint venture of Santa Barbara-based American Landmark Development Inc. and Haseko (California) Inc.

Four decorated models are open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The development can be reached from the northbound Sierra Highway exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
