San Diego’s MedClub Acquired: MedChoice Warehouse Club, an Oakland-based company that operates four medical warehouse stores, has acquired San Diego-based Med Club for an undisclosed price, the two privately held companies announced. MedChoice, which operates stores in the San Francisco Bay Area, Orange County and Los Angeles, will close MedClub’s Van Nuys store but keep MecClub’s San Diego warehouse open, MedChoice President Ted Morgan said.
