Disney Sues Fox Over Programming: The Buena Vista Television unit of Walt Disney Co. filed an antitrust suit Wednesday in U.S. District Court against Fox Broadcasting Inc. and several affiliate companies. The suit alleges that Fox is trying to prevent stations from carrying “The Disney Afternoon,” a two-hour children’s program still in development. Fox had no comment on the suit. (Filed Feb. 21; Case No. CV90-0875RG)
