Admission Will Be in Rubles: Time Warner Inc. raised the curtain Tuesday on plans to build a pair of multi-screen theaters in Moscow and Leningrad, and their Soviet partners promised no censorship and plenty of popcorn for Russian movie fans. The high-tech palaces will be built at a cost of $28 million, and will feature American-style concession stands and gift shops. The theaters, to be completed by late 1991, will show both American and Soviet films as well as films from other countries.
