An unidentified Latino man was struck and killed Saturday night as he ran across the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near the California 94 interchange, according to a California Highway Patrol spokeswoman.
The driver, Ellen Lestrange, 18, of San Diego, was not given a citation, the spokeswoman said.
