CHANGING SIDES? Harold Ezell, the controversial former Western regional commissioner for the Immigration and Naturalization Service who worked to keep illegal aliens out of the country, has now gone into business in Newport Beach--helping wealthy business people who want to come to America. . . . The Ezell Group was formed “so businessmen and their families can become part of the American dream,” according to his brochure, which includes a smiling picture of the former commissioner and his former boss, George Bush.
