Ventura Bancorp Says 4th Quarter Income Rose 8%
Ventura County National Bancorp, the Oxnard holding company for Ventura County National Bank and Frontier Bank, said its net income for the fourth quarter that ended Dec. 31 increased 8% to $699,000 from $648,000 a year earlier. Ventura had assets on Dec. 31 of $314 million, a 43% increase from a year earlier, when the holding company had assets of $220 million.
For the full year 1989, Ventura reported net income of $2.83 million, 34% more than $2.12 million a year before.
