Composer’s Plans Threatened: The British entertainment company Really Useful Group confirmed that Australian investor Robert Holmes a Court had purchased a 4.18% stake in the firm, threatening British composer Andrew Lloyd Webber’s plan to take the company private. Webber, whose musicals include “Phantom of the Opera” and “Cats,” controls 82.5% of the company’s 33.2 million shares.
