Marla Maples, the designated “other woman” in the ballyhooed breakup last month of Donald and Ivana Trump, has been given the billionaire brush-off, according to a published report.

Trump told Maples in a brief phone call on Monday that it is over, according to today’s editions of the New York Post. The paper said it got the information from “a reliable source.”

The source said Maples was “totally” devastated, sobbing and begging the real estate tycoon not to abandon her, the newspaper said.

The Daily News reported that Trump told friends last week, “She’s on her own” and that he didn’t leave his wife to be tied down, the paper said.

“What relationship between me and Marla? The fact that someone happens to like me, that’s her problem,” the News quoted Trump as saying to friends.

The Post said Trump changed his private number so Maples can no longer ring him at home, the Post said.

Trump’s spokesman did not comment on the reported breakup of the alleged affair.

A spokesman for Maples said there has been no change in the relationship, which he said was never more than a friendship.
