U.S. Parliament?
Recently conservatives, railing against Congress for slowing down or thwarting the President’s programs, have espoused ways of weakening the legislative branch vis-a-vis the executive branch.
I suggest an alternative to make the government respond more quickly to the will of the people. Adopt the English parliamentary system which many political scientists consider more democratic.
