Reagan Hands Out Awards: One-time Hollywood actor Ronald Reagan mingled with old friends at the Producers Guild of America awards reception at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel Wednesday evening. The former President presented the guild’s three 1989 awards--to Richard and Lili Fini Zanuck as producers of the year for “Driving Miss Daisy,” to 98-year-old Hal Roach for lifetime achievement in motion pictures and to David L. Wolper for his work in television.
