Teen-Ager to Stand Trial in Elder Brother’s Slaying
An Agoura Hills teen-ager Thursday was ordered to stand trial in the shooting death of his elder brother on New Year’s Eve.
Bradley Marc Minkoff, 18, was arrested two weeks after his brother, Michael, 20, an engineering student at Moorpark College, was found shot to death in the family home.
During the time he was missing, Minkoff stayed with actor friends in North Hollywood, who testified at a preliminary hearing in Malibu Municipal Court that Minkoff repeatedly told them that he had committed the crime, but they didn’t believe him, Deputy Dist. Atty. Loni Peterson said.
