BUSINESS EXPANDS

The Times today launches an expanded Sunday business section, with additional coverage of personal finance and public policy. Several new features will appear, including columns on mutual funds and on legislative and regulatory developments in Sacramento and Washington. Two personal finance columns that previously ran on Saturday will now run on Sunday.
