Singer Plans AIDS Benefit on Pay TV

Singer Dionne Warwick said today she’ll stage the first-ever nationally televised AIDS benefit concert in June.
Patti LaBelle, Quincy Jones, Melissa Manchester and Air Supply are already lined up for the June 30 pay-per-view Universal Amphitheater gala, she said.
Warwick said a dollar from each ticket sold will go toward AIDS research and education.
