UCLA long jumper McArthur Anderson, who was suspended for three months by The Athletics Congress after testing positive for psuedophedrine--a stimulant found in over-the-counter medications--after competing in the Sunkist Indoor Track and Field Invitational Jan. 19, has filed for appeal.

TAC lists psuedophedrine as a banned substance. The NCAA does not. Anderson’s collegiate eligibility therefore is not affected.
