New Lewitzky Dance Piece: Modern dance choreographer Bella Lewitzky will collaborate with classical clarinetist Richard Stoltzman to create a new dance piece, to be set to music commissioned from composer William Thomas McKinley. The Lewitzky Dance Company will perform along with Stoltzman at the premiere of the piece, which is scheduled for February, 1991, at the UCLA Center for the Performing Arts. Stoltzman will then tour with the company for a limited number of performances of the new work in Chicago, Boston and Berkeley.
