Dick Dale and the Del-Tones will play...

Dick Dale and the Del-Tones will play at Earth Day observance Sunday at Centennial Regional Park, Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street in Santa Ana. Admission to “Earthfestival” will be free to those who ride a bike or take the bus, or who bring a shopping bag with recyclable aluminum, glass, plastic or newspapers. Alternate admission: $1. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Dale playing at 2:15. Other entertainment will be offered, along with informational exhibits. Part of “The Tell” will be on display; the huge, now-dismantled photomural was constructed last year along Laguna Canyon Road, where it became a rallying point for those opposed to the area’s development.
