UCLA scored seven runs in the fourth inning and went on to beat host U.S. International, 12-7. Chris Pritchett hit a grand slam in the fourth to begin the scoring for UCLA (29-15). Mike Murphy hit a two run homer in the first for USIU (10-33-1).
