ON LOCATION: This tiny photo-finishing booth on Golden West Street in Westminster is in the national eye again, this time featured in rental car magazine ads remarking, “Isn’t the architecture of Southern California special?” . . . It has starred in previous ads for carpets and newspapers. . . . Owner Mary Dokter of Mission Viejo says she can’t tell whether the design attracts extra business, but “people are always coming by to take pictures of it.”
