Tandon Strategy Review Ends: The Moorpark-based personal computer firm said its six-month engagement of Bear, Stearns & Co. as an adviser to identify and analyze strategic financial alternatives has concluded and is not being renewed. The decision was based primarily on improved operating results and a corresponding strengthened balance sheet, following a company-wide organizational restructuring during the past year, Tandon said.
