A armed man robbed a gas station in Ventura early Friday, authorities said.
The man approached the cash window at the College Mobile Service Station and Market on the 4100 block of Telegraph Road at 3:30 a.m. and demanded money after showing a handgun, Officer Bonnie Lucking of the Ventura Police Department said.
The gunman got away with less than $100, Lucking said.
The gunman is described as a black male, about 25 years old, about 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds, Lucking said.
The gunman escaped in a mid-sized, two-door blue car, Lucking said.
