Mick Jagger or Billy Joel? You’re never quite sure which of these guys Wolf will sound like next. The derivative vocals aren’t the strong suit of these songs, which he co-wrote. The lyrics aren’t particularly interesting or clever either. But the rock-’em, sock-’em hard-rock musical tracks partially compensate for these drawbacks--particularly on the record’s two powerhouses, “Drive All Night” and “Lost in Babylon.”
