At Polygram NV’s first annual meeting as a public company, shareholders elected Jerry Moss, Chris Blackwell and Alain Levy to the board. Moss is chairman of A&M; Records, which was acquired by Polygram earlier this year. Blackwell is chief executive of Island Records, which was acquired by Polygram last year. Levy is an executive vice president of Polygram overseeing popular music, music publishing and operations in France and the United States.
