A 23-year-old Thousand Oaks man whose blood-alcohol level was more than four times the legal limit was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of drunk driving and rear-ending a car and then driving away.

Francisco Andradi was being held in Ventura County Jail Tuesday in lieu of $1,300 bail after a breath test registered his blood-alcohol level at 0.36%, more than four times the legal limit of 0.08%, said Sheriff’s Lt. Kelli McIlvain.

She said a car slammed into another car parked in the 500 block of Hodencamp Road in Thousand Oaks and then sped away.

The force of the collision pushed the parked car 100 feet and caused severe damage to it, McIlvain said.

Witnesses described the hit-and-run car to deputies, who saw Andradi driving in the 300 block of Galsworthy Street and arrested him, McIlvain said.
