Loyola Marymount, which advanced to the final eight of the NCAA basketball tournament, will open next season in the eight-team Chaminade Maui tournament at Lahaina, Hawaii, on Nov. 23-25. The Lions will be joined in the field by Santa Clara, Syracuse, Indiana, Iowa State, Northeastern, Toledo and Chaminade.
