Southern California Drought Forces More Conservation
Whatever happened to the old idea of seeding the clouds? With the drought we are experiencing I would think they’d try everything to enhance the little drizzles we get. The heavy cloud covers that come in off the ocean almost every night and morning pass by California and drop their moisture over Texas and the southeastern U.S., sometimes causing floods. Is there no way we can seed these clouds before or as they come over the coast and get them to drop some of that rain here?
