Texas basketball Coach Tom Penders has been suspended for one Southwest Conference game next season for criticizing league officiating in the conference tournament. Texas plans to appeal.
The suspension applies to the Longhorns’ first SWC game next season, against Texas A&M; on Jan. 2 in Austin.
