Soviet Wrestler Dies in Crash

MOSCOW —
World champion Soviet wrestler Aslan Khadartsev was killed in a car crash, Tass reported.
Khadartsev was a world champion in 1983, 1986 and 1987, as well as a three-time European and four-time national light-heavyweight and heavyweight champion, the news agency said. His brother, Makharbek, was a gold medal winner in the Seoul Olympics.
